First drive: Cupra Tavascan, stunning electric car arrives in NZ
Few brands have undergone as much change in recent times as CUPAR, Volkswagen’s zesty Spanish cousin. First launching here within Seat, CUPRA became its own stand-alone brand before replacing Seat following its departure from our market.
In the last year, the entire local CUPAR line-up has been replaced. The fully electric Born has exited stage right, the Formentor and Leon have received big updates, and there are two new nameplates. We’ve already written about one, the dashing and likeable Terramar. And this week we finally hopped behind the wheel of the other, the fully electric Tavascan.
