Škoda fuel card terms & conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Škoda New Zealand (or appointed Authorised Škoda dealer network).
   
   
2. Promotion Name
   “$3,000 Škoda Fuel Card Promotion”.
   
   
3. Promotion Period
   The promotion is available on eligible new vehicles purchased and delivered between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026, inclusive.
   
   
4. Offer
   Eligible customers will receive a fuel contribution of up to NZD $3,000 with the purchase of an eligible new Škoda vehicle during the Promotion Period.
   
   
5. Nature of the Fuel Contribution
   a. The “Škoda Fuel Card” is not a physical fuel card.
   b. The fuel contribution can be provided in two ways:
   - As a cash contribution applied at the time of purchase, that would be deducted from the final vehicle purchase price; or
   - As a physical Fuel Voucher – supplied by the selling Škoda dealer, subject to availability.
   
   
6. Where Physical Fuel Vouchers are Provided:
   a. Voucher brand, expiry, and redemption conditions are set by the voucher issuer;
   b. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen;
   c. Any unused or expired vouchers are forfeited.
   
   
7. Maximum Value
   The maximum value of the fuel contribution is NZD $3,000 (including GST) per vehicle.
   
   
8. Eligibility
   a. This offer is available only on brand new Škoda vehicles.
   b. The vehicle must be both purchased and delivered within the Promotion Period.
   c. The promotion is available on petrol and diesel vehicles only.
   d. Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) are excluded from this promotion.
   e. Demonstrator vehicles, used vehicles, fleet, lease, or rental purchases may be excluded unless otherwise specified by the dealer.
   
   
9. Exclusions & Limitations
   a. The promotion cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated by the promoter.
   b. Offer is subject to vehicle availability.
   c. One fuel contribution applies per eligible vehicle purchase only.
   
   
10. Non Transferable
    The offer is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, assigned, or on sold.
    
    
11. Cancellation or Changes
    The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
    
    
12. Errors and Omissions
    The promoter accepts no responsibility for any printing or advertising errors and reserves the right to correct such errors.
    
    
13. Consumer Guarantees Act
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer law.
    
    
14. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
    
    
15. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
