Each month, we’ll choose 1–2 dreams to support. We’ll focus on stories that reflect the spirit of the Waikato — full of potential, purpose, and heart.
Together with our team and community, we’ll bring those dreams to life and share their stories through photos and video so everyone can celebrate together.

As part of our Build Your Dream campaign, the team at Ebbett Hamilton was deeply honoured to hand over a specially fitted mobility vehicle to a remarkable local family — giving them more freedom, comfort, and opportunities to create new memories together.
A Special Dream for Janice
Taking to the Skies
We were recently honoured to grant a very special dream for an incredible woman in our community. Janice has dedicated her life to caring for others, most recently as a heart doctor at Waikato Hospital. With the support of our friends at Helicorp, seeing her joy as she soared above the Waikato was a reminder of what this campaign is all about — creating moments that matter.
Hamilton Bridge Club
As part of our Build Your Dream – Powered by BYD campaign, Ebbett Hamilton BYD was proud to support the Hamilton Charter Bridge Club with a new microwave, supplied with help from our friends at Heathcotes. The club, with around 120 members aged 55+, regularly hosts tournaments and welcomes visitors. The microwave will make it easier to serve hot meals during these all-day events, creating a warmer, more welcoming experience.
A Marquee for School Events
We’re excited to share the very first dream we’ve helped build through our Build Your Dream – Powered by BYD campaign!
Southcity Christian School recently received a brand-new marquee, ready to be used at upcoming sports days, fundraisers, and community events. While it hasn’t been put to use just yet, it’s already set to make a big impact — providing shelter, shade, and support for students, staff, and families throughout the year.
This is just the beginning. One dream down, many more to come.

We can’t wait to hear your story and help bring your dream to life.
Each month, we’ll select 1–2 dreams to support — but don’t worry if yours isn’t chosen right away. Every submission will be kept on file for future consideration, so your dream may still become a reality.
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility to Enter
Open to residents of New Zealand.
Entrants must be aged 18+ to submit a dream on behalf of themselves or another person/group.
Nominations for minors (under 18) must be submitted by a parent/guardian or with their consent. - Submitting a Dream
Dreams can be submitted via the official online form.
Entrants may nominate themselves, another individual, or a community group/organisation.
Submissions must be genuine and truthful to be considered.
A photo or supporting material may be provided but is optional. - Selection Process
Dreams are reviewed monthly by the Ebbett Hamilton BYD team.
1–2 dreams will be selected each month.
Decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Dreams not selected will remain on file for future consideration. - Type of Support
Ebbett Hamilton BYD may contribute through funding, resources, goods, services, or partner assistance.
The form of support will vary depending on the dream and available resources.
The dealership reserves the right to determine how support is provided. - Exclusions
Submissions requesting large-scale funding, commercial ventures, or items inconsistent with community values will not be eligible.
Dreams that involve unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate activities will not be considered. - Publicity & Sharing
By submitting a dream, entrants agree that their story, name, and images may be shared by Ebbett Hamilton BYD across digital, print, and media channels to promote the campaign.
Entrants may opt out of publicity by contacting the dealership, but this may affect eligibility. - General
The campaign is run by Ebbett Hamilton BYD.
Ebbett Hamilton BYD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time.
